Prices are subject to change without notice.

limitations of the internet and variations between computer
screens etc. Orders are accepted at the discretion of Hope-e-candles Ltd and Hope-e-candles Ltd maintains the right to decline
orders without giving an explanation.
Payment
All website payments are processed through
Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions - here.
All goods remain the property of Hope-e-candles Ltd until
full Payment has been received and verified.
Delivery
All items are normally dispatched within
3 - 5 working days. Should any delay occur, Hope-e-candles
Ltd will endeavour to contact you (the customer) promptly.
Please advise Hope-e-candles Ltd if you do not receive
your
item(s) within 20 days of placing your order so that it
can be traced. Overseas orders are subject to separate
arrangement and may take longer.
For deliveries outside of the
UK Mainland, a further charge of £10.00 applies.

Returns
All orders are carefully checked before dispatch.
However, very occasionally items are damaged during transit.
If your goods are delivered damaged, contact Hope-e-candles
Ltd within 10 working days of receipt to obtain authorisation
to return the damaged goods. Hope-e-candles Ltd will dispatch
replacement goods within 3 - 5 working days following the
receipt of the damaged item(s).
Orders may be cancelled up to 28
days after delivery. Items must be returned unused
and with the original documentation (as sent with
the package) along with reason for reason
for cancellation. Delivery costs of returning any goods
will
be payable by you, unless due to error on our part. We
will credit your credit card promptly or issue a refund.

Legalities
All contracts made between Hope-e-candles Ltd
and the Customer are subject the English law and any disputes
arising shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of English
courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
